Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and style of this coffee table. Very sturdy and the color matched perfectly with our room. BUT... I was sad when I saw large scratches and scuffing along the edge of the bottom shelf. The thought of repacking and returning the item did not appeal to me, so I guess we will live with it. Also, the one I received was missing a couple of screws. Luckily I had a couple on hand that let me finish putting it together. Overall, it is definitely a quality piece of furniture but i was disappointed in quality control.Beautiful and sturdy table that works well in the sitting area in my bedroom. Looks in person exactly as it does in the picture.We purchased this and the matching side table. The side table has cam-lock connections for the legs where this does not. I had to drill several holes where they were either missing or not large enough (in the case of the dowels). Definitely took two people to secure the legs to the two parts of the table. One leg is about 3/16" shorter than the other 3, VERY annoying - so we had to shim it with a felt pad. Unfortunately, this means either the other 3 legs go without (on hardwood floors) or we double up on this one leg - which will probably be the way we go to protect our floors. For the price I paid ($105.01 with free shipping) it wasn't a horrible purchase.PROS: good size for our space, made of real wood (near as we can tell), looks like an upscale piece. Unsure of the sturdiness as we just put it together, but doesn't wobble other than the one short leg which was remedied with an additional felt pad. We don't have small children so this should hold up for several years for us. Went together rather quickly given all the issues we had, color matches the side table of the same line, glass fit perfectly.CONS: difficult to put together - given that many holes were either not drilled/too small (dowels) which required us CAREFULLY drilling these to make it work, hole plugs fall out - fortunately they aren't seen and can be left out, one leg is about 3/16th inch shorter than the other three, legs have to be bowed just slightly to get them to seat completely, lacking the cam-lock system that the smaller table had, which would have been significantly more secure and easy to assemble.Overall, we're satisfied with our purchase - it made a huge improvement in the look of our living room for not a lot of $$. We'd recommend this if you are looking for a quick improvement and don't mind a little potential DIY to get it together.Lovely little coffee table.It’s a nice size, as we can walk around it in the living room.Very attractive piece of furniture.Great table, my only issue is the cherry undertone. I really wanted something more darker to go with my espresso portable electric fireplace but but this will work, not that noticeable if you balanceyour decor color schemes out. Be careful scratches easily.At first I really loved this table. But, the screws are so tiny that sturdiness became an issue almost immediately. Yes, I can fix it with longer screws and wood glue, but should I even have to? At this price point I’m not asking for super luxury. Just simple, modern, and STURDY. I am disappointed to say the least and I’ve only had it about a year. Oh well. It’s a beautiful piece. But, buyer be prepared to rig her for strength, if you want to keep it for long.The screws came out of their box inside the packing and scratched the top of the table. Also hard to find all the loose screws in all the packing materials.Such a perfect coffee table. Not too big just right for an extra elegance and to add to that excellent high qualityUpdateThis coffee table was great, and 2 months later started splitting.. Its now a crack it but i believe it was glued to form the circle. Soo dissatisfied and disappointed.Considering the price for this product, it is a good buy when balanced against certain minor imperfections. This is a replacement purchase for one that had a large blemish on the bottom shelf. I returned that one immediately and the second is better - not perfect but good enough. Certainly an excellent value when compared against similar wooden tables at three and four times the price.Looks good, but started cracking after 3 weeks, than we heard the final big "bang!" after the 4th week. It completely cracked from one side to the other. I don't want an exchange because after reading the reviews I understand that the next one will crack too. How can we be refunded?Looks good and quite easy to assemble.Packaging was well done and no damage on opening.Only complaint was a small separation on table top joinery. Not enough to force return. Filled it and now not noticeable. Overall wood finish an 8 out of 10.Parfait très jolie
