Stopped the mess of water everywhere when ever my dog would drink. But I did notice that water gets into the floating device and I can’t get it out. Worries me a little that it’s going to get moldy. Any insight on this would be great or should I ask the company to replace it if that shouldn’t happen…??Easy to clean and prevents dripping from my large dog’s mouth.The bowl is great, does as advertised and the pups took right to it. Only con is if you have a puppy or dog that likes to get into things, the top ring that keeps the panel in is too easy to remove. Our pup does just that and then wants to play with it!My dog is a blue heeler. She was one of the most messy drinkers i know and she loved to knock her bowl over. This was a massive pet peeve of mine! I wish I had gotten this bowl sooner! I no longer have to deal with puddles of water on the floor and drips every where! This is an amazing product! 5 STARS!!!Works great in keeping your dog from drinking to quickly and slipping water all over the floor.Frenchies gulp water til they puke, was super tired of yelling at them to stop drinking so fast. It took them a little while to understand the concept of the water bowl but I have no problems with ut since. And fingers cross no more puking.Love the idea that it does not spill when in a vehicleI needed a solution for my dog that was vomiting several times after drinking. I initially thought he was sick as he was a shelter dog, racked with anxiety and possibly even a stomach virus. After a few days of cleaning up mess after mess, I researched anti-choking bowls and found this one. It is basically a slow feeder but for water instead, dramatically reducing the amount of water your dogs intakes, preventing excess air going in and bloat. I placed this on top of his elevated feeder tray to match his height and it's been a lifesaver. No vomiting since having this. He figured out how to use it almost immediately. One of the rubber friction guards was not included for the base, but it has held up well without it.
